Return policy

In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. 

Please download the return form by clicking here, complete it and include it in your package.

You will complete it and print it to include it in your package.
Please return your package using Colissimo in order to generate the shipping label with mandatory tracking ( any package arriving at a relay point or at the Post Office will be refused ).

We will only make an exchange or credit .

Return costs are your responsibility . Packages must be returned via the Colissimo service with tracking (rates in effect at Colissimo). For packages outside France, please contact us to find out the return costs.

ALL PRETTY will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned packages .

If the return deadline has passed, customer service will refuse any exchange or credit. If the customer wishes to return their order, they must pay the return shipping costs again.

Please contact us by email to receive the complete shipping address. Please email us before sending any items and wait for us to provide you with a return address.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain products such as bodysuits or accessories.

We remind you that: The right of withdrawal has exceptions . For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized" (article L. 221-28 of the consumer code). Personalized products are therefore not covered by our withdrawal policy. 

All washed, worn or damaged items, items on sale or with any kind of promotion (promo code, clearance, etc.) will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The returned item(s) must have their tags attached to the item and include their original packaging if they had one when sent.

Any damaged or stained product will be refused.

For cosmetic products, and for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products. For perfumes, returns will only be accepted for unopened products.

Once the package has been received by ALL PRETTY, and if the items meet the return conditions, your request will be processed within 5 to 10 days.
